Fate is fickle, unpredictable, and cannot be defined by any logic. She is a temptress, uncaring as to gender because she is attracted to both. She can be snarky and sarcastic, a spitfire with an attitude of many faces. The lady can be cold, emotions hidden under a veil of indifference, but that is not a common attitude of hers. There are times where she can send you hauling ass in the other direction with your tail between your legs, but she usually only gets like that when someone has really pissed her off. Usually she is calm and kind to others, but a bit distanced. Her mood with strangers is usually a reciprocation of their attitude towards her, more or less. As she acclimates herself to you, she becomes a little more of herself; in that she is a little more relaxed and kind. She is actually not one for violence, she is more of a diplomat, preferring to use words to resolve a situation. Fate has been gifted with a tongue of silver, and can talk her way out of anything. She can build you up with a few words, but she can also knock down the fortress around you with a carefully created insult. All in all, the woman is interesting and unique.
Fate was born to a water wolf father and an ice wolf/jackal mother. She was born looking like any other elemental, her coat of white marred by a few oddly coloured markings. However, as she grew, her tail lengthened and sprouted strange fins, and her legs lost all their baby fur faster than normal, scales growing in their place. The pack she was born into did not accept mutated elementals, and Fate became an outcast. The only one who would dare to speak to her was her brother, which did not go over well with the Alpha. As Fate stopped relying on her mother, which occurred much quicker than with most pups, they drove her out of the pack with snapping jaws and spells ablazing. When she left, she was still growing, but still spent three years travelling abroad and seeing the world. Soon she arrived in the lands of Carvanna, and has decided to make a name for herself.
APPEARANCE:
The lady is alluring without a doubt, her pelt the purest of alabasters. Underlining each eye is a strike vaguely resembling an S, coloured a bold turquoise. Running from her nose, up her muzzle, down her spine, and down the top of her tail to spread and cover the strange fins, is a streak of turquoise, slightly paler than the tone underlining her eyes. Mismatched optics are quite stunning; the left being liquid mercury and the right being a deep violet. The fins tipping her unusually long, thin tail are beautiful, and from where they begin upon her tail, which is roughly a half a foot from the tip, it is scaled with glimmering scales that look both pale blue and a light turquoise at the same time. The thin and sensitive membranes of the fins are coloured a pale blue, but in the sunlight they are translucent. On either sides of her neck are three slits, gills she uses when she is swimming underwater. Covering her long, lanky legs are silvery scales like one would find on a trout.
Fate has a build more like that of a runner, her muscles lithe and wiry. Her coat is thin, so there is not much extra weight when she is underwater, but it is still luscious and textured like silk. Her shoulders and hips are petite, but her frame is curvaceous and undoubtedly feminine. Fate's pale cranium is sharp featured and dainty, and her ears are taller than normal wolves, a gene from her half jackal mother. The femme stands at 32", not tiny, but neither is she a giantess, which she would if her mother had not been so tiny.
MAGIC INFO:
Fate is a water elemental, so she can manipulate any water she can access to her will. Over time she has developed six spells, three of which her mother had shown her.
Hissing Jet: Upon activating the spell, a high pressured jet of boiling water erupts from her maw, lasting roughly 30 seconds in duration before abruptly ending. She can stop it by shutting her mouth, thus ending it before it's due time. This spell is an offensive one, but she is known to use it in winter to heat up a frozen pond to sleep in. It takes a few moments to charge up, roughly ten or fifteen seconds.
Whirlpool: This spell can force any body of water to change part of it's currents and make a whirlpool in the place Fate desires it to be. Anything sucked into it is smashed against the bottom repeatedly until the spell wears off in two minutes. It usually takes ten seconds to change the currents, allowing a few moments to escape if you can.
Spring Shower: This spell manipulates any clouds within a ten mile range to come together and form a rain cloud for a short period of roughly ten minutes, pouring every bit of moisture they have onto the ground below. It is usually used to put out fires, be they ones protecting a naughty fire elemental, or forest fires threatening lives. However, it takes a minute or two to coagulate the clouds, and one can easily take shelter from it, as it is simply a downpour of rain like any other.
Aquas Illusion: This spell can last for twenty minutes, and when cast, causes any body of water Fate is in to change the way light refracts, and casts many images of her throughout the water doing many different things. This forces an attacker to search through the water to find the real her, who could be long gone by the time he realizes it's a fools errand. This is her main defensive spell. However, it takes thirty seconds to take effect on the body, and takes longer for any body wider than half of a mile.
Water Orb: This spell has no end time, it lasts however long it is needed. When cast, it allows the user to create orbs of water in varying temperatures and hurl them at an opponent without touching them. However, the orbs can only hit what the user can see, so if their opponent flees to hide, they are saved- for now. It takes twenty seconds to charge.
Shield of Ice: This is the trickiest spell in Fate's arsenal, which she spent the most time learning. It uses up a lot of the lady's energy, but can last as long as she can keep it going. A layer of water covers her entire body, and the top few centimetres reaches freezing temperatures, but under that it is warm enough not to let her freeze. She can move with this spell at work, but using energy for movement weakens the spell further, and it will not last as long. This defensive spell is her last resort. It takes thirty seconds to charge and take full effect.

The alabaster dame swam through the salty water with ease, her long tail snaked out behind her and the fins on the end of it sweeping back and forth, allowing her to paddle at a leisurely pace as it propelled her forward. Having recently eaten, the fish of the reef a few feet below her showed no fear and swam right up to her side and accompanied her for a little while before returning to the colourful masses of coral. The further on she went, the more empty the warm waters became. The gills on either side of her pale neck filtered oxygen from the water as she swam, so her lungs did not flood if she snapped up a fish. A flicker of movement in her peripheral vision attracted her attention, and a dolphin swam up to regard her curiously through one dark eye. Sure, she did not look exactly normal, and she was used to it. Soon it swam off to frolic with it's pod, and she continued into the shallower waters ahead. Webbed paws were soon brushing against soft sand, and she began walking along the ocean floor. Clouds of sand floated up around her as she strode towards the shore, and soon her tall audits had left the warm water and took in the faint chorus of sound above the water. Dainty tiara abandoned the embrace of the tropical aqua, mismatched optics taking in the pearly stretch of beach ahead. Beyond the pale sands, a deep rainforest awaited exploration. Shoulders soon left the water, and the pale lady would stop. What an interesting place, a place I would rather enjoy living in. She thought to herself, pondering the suitability of this place as a home. I could build a great Kingdom here. Her train of thought continued to state, and then it was decided. Pale tiara would tilt upwards, baring her throat as a sweet alto song would pour from her regal jaws. She was claiming this land, and it would be her home and soon to be Kingdom.
