Aurora is a quiet little creature, shy and witty. Her main weapon it her mind, which is sharp as diamonds and hardly even dulled by sleep. She has a hard time being around others, and due to her small size is quite fearful they will try and hurt her, due to a past of being abused. Outwardly, she can seem calm and collected, and you would never know that on the inside she is crying and shaking with pure terror. She is never one to raise a claw in violence, preferring to talk out any problems. She helps out all those she can, always willing to fix problems and feed the hungry. She's almost like an angel come to earth, lending a hand to those who need it. However, it is not her main focus in life, and doesn't seek out those in need. She is easily annoyed, and is bad for glaring at those who have said something rude to her. However, she is not quick to give a tongue lashing to those who try at the fortress around her heart. Aurora is one to stay in the shadows, watching but not interfering until she deems it safe. Sometimes, she simply cannot help herself, and walks right into a situation because her brain is screaming at her to find out what's going on. Still, she will be wary and cautious, trying to be as safe as possible.
Aurora was born in the high north, to a pair of arctic foxes in a snowy den. Her mother taught her every spell in her arsenal, hoping it would one day save her. Her father treated her terribly; despite being an arzanian. She was bruised and battered, but none could see the markings until the man began tearing fur from her pale coat. As she grew, she feared her father without question, cowering as he approached in case he decided to kick her across the room. One day, her mother took her out to hunt on the vast tundra and urged her to leave. After a long argument with her mother, she ran south as fast as she could. She wasn't fast enough in leaving, for her mothers tortured screams ripped across the windswept lands in the little fox's wake. She spent a long time travelling, searching for a home she would enjoy more than the last, and has now come to Carvanna in an attempt to find it.
Aurora is a small Arctic fox, standing at a height of 9" and being 28" in length. She weighs roughly 6 lbs when she is healthy, which says a lot about just how small she is. Her pelt is quite thick in the winter, and no heat escapes her tiny body. In the summer, instead of her pelt changing colour, it simply thins to a comfortable thickness to allow her to explore warmer territories. Her large ears are perfect for hunting small animals, which is her usual food source- though she would never be caught turning down a larger meal. Tiny paws allow soundless movement, and she can sneak up on anyone, unless they happen to be telepathic. The first thing you would notice about the tiny lady is her large, emerald eyes. They sparkle with intelligence, and rivet many. Growing from her tiny cranium is a pair of ivory horns, like one would find on a gazelle, only thinner and shorter. They grow angled slightly backwards, so her balance is not tipped too much, and are about 7" long and stopped growing when she did five years ago.

Aurora is an earth based canine, so her magic is tied to it, as well as metal.
Vine Snag: This spell, ten seconds after being cast, will cause 2-4 vines to sprout from the ground and obey the command of the caster, usually wrapping around the legs of the intended victim and dragging them back to the caster.
Ground Fracture: This spell is a tricky one, taking fifty seconds from being cast to take effect. When it does, an area of ground selected by the caster will split in the pattern desired by the caster. It can be undone by the caster releasing the hold of the spell. However, anything that has fallen into it will remain in the ground.
Root Cage: Twenty seconds after being cast, this spell will summon the roots of any nearby trees to form a protective barrier around the desired creature. It is a defensive spell, but is useless, and even dangerous, when used against fire elementals. The spell is only as strong as the roots themselves, which weave together but do not become stronger. When the spell is released, the roots return to their original places.
Growth Spurt: This spell takes two minutes to take effect, and is difficult to control at times. It causes any plant matter within up to a 40 metre range to suddenly be effected by rapid growth, and can be dangerous to any standing atop a tree stump, which will begin to grow back into a tree. It cannot be undone.
Repair: This is a healing spell, which drains the energy of a nearby plant to repair an injury, though it cannot restore those who are on death's door, or heal lethal wounds. It can fix up scrapes and bruises, fractured bones and sprained joints, and mild to moderate lacerations.
Metal Mould: This spell takes roughly thirty seconds to take effect, but can allow the caster to manipulate the shape of a desired piece of metal. It can turn a scrap of steel into a bangle, or be used to tear a hole in the side of a ship if the caster was in need of an escape. It cannot create more metal, or turn one metal into another, only change the shape.
Green Thumb: Takes two minutes to take effect, but allows the caster to manipulate plant matter, to an extent. Branches can be bent without breaking them, allowing them to pick up someone and hold them out of the reach of an attacker; vines can intertwine themselves to make rope, or pull the caster out of a pit; or even be used to make flowers dance when the caster is happy.
